1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Competition entry is open to residents of (South) Australia only. Employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all the details on the application form are completed. Limit one entry per entrant. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Competition runs from 1st February 2010 to 28th February 2010.
3. All entries become the property of the Promoters - AITS. The promoter reserves the right to use content of the winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
4. Existing Clients of AITS will be ineligible to enter.
5. The prize winner will be drawn on 5th March 2010. The winner will be notified by email within 21 days of promotion closing date. Winner must provide proof of ID (driver license, student ID etc) upon prize collection. Details of the winner will also be published at aits.com.au/competitions.html.
6. If prize is posted, AITS accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit. The Promoter makes ni representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods offered as prizes.
7. All entrants must be over 18 years of age at time of entry. DOB is required at initial application. Winner must provide proof of age (drivers license, student ID or similar) upon prize collection.
8. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
