Managed IT services in Adelaide Managed IT that fixes it before it breaks.
A combination of proactive monitoring software and a local Adelaide team — watching your technology 24/7, forecasting issues before they arise, and keeping the bill the same every month.
One team for every part of your IT.
As a local managed service provider (MSP), we install and maintain your business hardware and software, then extend that with break-fix and fully managed IT services covering every aspect of your infrastructure — servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, networks, backups and security.
Your plan is built around your business size, activity and budget, and it changes as you do. Adding a site, a new starter or a new system is part of the service, not a new quote. Whether you need small business IT support in Adelaide for a handful of staff or a fully managed service across several sites, it’s one local team.

- Security — antivirus status with any machines needing attention named, and vulnerability counts.
- Patching — updates installed, updates waiting and restarts needed.
- Backups — daily backup job history for the month.
- Threat summary — events analysed, signals investigated and incidents, from Huntress.
- At-risk devices — unsupported operating systems and ageing hardware, estimated from warranty dates.
- Support time — the month’s support time, from the same records your invoice uses.

Managed services FAQ
What is included in AITS managed services?
Monitoring, patching, remote and onsite support, disaster recovery and a monthly report on your IT as standard. Every managed services agreement includes a monthly report covering device health, security and patching, backups and threats, in plain English with what needs attention next. We can also bundle any IT service you want — cloud backup, internet access, VoIP, hosting and domains — it is up to you.
What is meant by "no extra surprises" in IT spend?
It is a fixed monthly cost. Under a management agreement there is generally no additional invoicing for support work.
I have two businesses — can the account be split?
Yes. We will work with you on the best way to split the account, and the proportions charged to each business are up to you.
Is anything not included?
Only the services you choose not to bundle. We work through all your requirements first, then you choose the path that suits you.
Does the agreement include disaster recovery?
Generally yes — all managed service agreements include disaster recovery as a standard service.
My requirements are complicated. Can you help?
Yes. Any of our services can be included in a management agreement after a consultation with our specialists.
