What else is included in AITS Managed Services?

We can bundle any I.T service you wish, this can be Cloud Backup services, Internet Access, Hosting / Domain services and more – it is up to you.

I have 2 businesses, can the account be split between these?

Yes, AITS will work with you to determine the best way for account splitting, we would generally leave this to you regarding the amounts to each business.

Is there anything not included in this service?

Only items not included are any services you wish not to bundle. We work closely with you to determine all requirements first, then you choose the path for you.

What is meant by ``no extra surprises`` in IT expenditure?

It's a fixed cost, where generally there is no additional invoicing based on all management agreements.

Will our agreement also include Disaster Recovery?

Generally yes, all managed service agreements include this as standard service.

I feel my requirements are complicated or need full service, can you assist?

Yes, all services can be included as part of all management agreements, on consultation with our Specialists.
