For server hosting in Adelaide, our primary data centre is DigiCo Hawthorn, a 220-rack facility 4.5km south of the Adelaide CBD. Our secondary site is DigiCo Edinburgh Parks, an 800-rack facility about 21km north of the CBD with TIA-942 Rated-3 certification — the two sites are 26km apart and linked by multiple fibre paths.

Is my data kept in Australia?
Yes. Servers are hosted in our two Adelaide data centres, and backup cloud copies are stored in Australia (Sydney).
