More than an inbox and a login.
Most of our clients run their business on Microsoft 365. Our Microsoft 365 support in Adelaide covers the lot: the right licences, a clean setup or migration, security that’s switched on rather than left on the defaults, and backup you can restore from.

The right plans, moved in properly.

Moving across? We plan the Microsoft 365 migration — from an on-premises email server and file shares, or from another provider — and set up Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive so everything is ready when your team signs in.
- Licences — bought through AITS and adjusted as your team changes.
- Email — mailboxes, calendars and contacts moved to Exchange Online.
- Files — shared drives moved to SharePoint, personal files to OneDrive.
- Teams — set up for chat and meetings from day one.
- Planned moves — scheduled to keep disruption to a minimum.
Switched on, not left on defaults.
Microsoft 365 security starts with the basics done on every tenant, then adds layers where your business needs them.
MFA on every tenant
Multi-factor authentication set up for the users on every tenant we look after — one of the most effective defences against stolen passwords.
Huntress ITDR
Watches Microsoft 365 for suspicious sign-ins, mailbox rules and session hijacking, backed by a 24/7 security operations centre. Usually included.
Conditional access & Intune
Available when you need tighter control: sign-in rules based on location or device, and Intune device management for company laptops and phones.
Microsoft keeps it running. Keeping a copy is up to you.
Microsoft keeps the service available, but it doesn’t back up your data the way most people assume. Deleted emails and files can only be recovered for a limited time — after that, anything lost to ransomware, a departing staff member or a simple mistake is gone.
That’s why Microsoft 365 backup through NinjaOne is recommended on every tenant and usually included: email, OneDrive and SharePoint, with encrypted cloud copies stored in Australia (Sydney).
- Email, OneDrive & SharePoint — all backed up.
- Stays in Australia — encrypted cloud copies stored in Sydney.
- Restores — recover a deleted email, file or folder.
- One console — managed through NinjaOne alongside your devices.
Microsoft 365 FAQ
Can you move us to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We plan and run Microsoft 365 migrations from on-premises email servers and file shares, or from another provider, and set up Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive — with the move planned to keep disruption to a minimum.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
As a Microsoft Partner, AITS resells all Microsoft 365 products, so you can buy and manage your licences through us alongside the rest of your IT. We’ll help you choose the plans that suit your business.
Is Microsoft 365 backed up already?
Not the way most people assume. Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted data can only be recovered for a limited time. We recommend Microsoft 365 backup on every tenant, and NinjaOne backup of email, OneDrive and SharePoint — stored in Australia (Sydney) — is usually included.
What is ITDR?
Identity threat detection and response. Huntress ITDR watches your Microsoft 365 accounts for suspicious sign-ins, new mailbox rules and session hijacking — the usual start of an email compromise — with a 24/7 security operations centre reviewing what it finds. It is usually included with our Microsoft 365 support.
Can you set up conditional access and Intune?
Yes. Conditional access and Intune device management are available, and we’ll recommend them where they suit your business and your Microsoft 365 plans.
Who do we call when Microsoft 365 plays up?
Us. The same Adelaide help desk that looks after the rest of your IT handles Microsoft 365 too — and if you’re on a managed agreement, it’s all on one monthly invoice.
